ACP Technologies as a former defense intelligence officer, and a dual-service

C-130 Hercules pilot for both the US Coast Guard and the US Navy Flight Reserves.

Ryan’s most rewarding assignments include roles as Public Affairs Officer during Hurricane Katrina, Squadron Flight Safety Officer, Joint Forces Inauguration Parade Division Officer, and DoD Liaison to Naval Special Warfare.  Equally enriching were the lessons learned as a college professor and student mentor at Sandhills Community College in the aviation program.

Ryan earned her BS in Environmental Geoscience and Health Sciences at Boston College, completed the equivalent of a Graduate Certificate in Aviation Safety through US Naval Flight Safety School and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), and was awarded an MS in Leadership from ERAU.  A former college athlete, Ryan remains involved in athlete development and mentoring through coaching youth ice hockey.
